Revolutionary Design/Sophisticated System Administration
The EncoreCX features a modern closure for both the Central Control Unit (CCU) and the expansion modules, unlike any other. The EncoreCX CCU and add-on modules offer easy access to slots and connectors. Installation is easy. Expansion is simple: Add or remove modules easily and, because it is hot-swappable, there is no need to power down the system.

And, the EncoreCX can be programmed via your telephones or through an advanced PC-based management applications, meaning you don’t need an on-site technician every time you want to make a system programming change.

Powerful System Feature Telephones
The EncoreCX offers standard analog and digital telephones that allow easy access to powerful system features such as conference, transfer, personal speed dial and voice messaging. EncoreCX digital telephones offer large display screens and dynamic prompt, as well as automatic headset detection, programmable keys with dual color red and green LED indicators, speaker phone operations and a parallel modem port. EncoreCX digital phones are available in dark grey and off white.

  • Voice and data system with a maximum configuration of up to 20 lines and 40 extensions
  • Supports proprietary feature phones and analog phone or standard 2-wire analog devices such as: fax machine, cordless phone, modem, credit card terminal
  • Can be configured as a PBX system with all calls being answered by a receptionist, or as a Key System where all telephones have direct access to all lines for making and receiving calls or as a mixture of the two
  • Available options include voice mail and internet connectivity
  • Future available options include wireless voice and data, VoIP and Virtual Private Networking
  • System is software-driven and can be maintained and programmed either locally or remotely
